Research information, not professional advice
Indic Reality provides general information to help people explore real-estate projects. It is not legal, financial, valuation, title, construction-quality or property-purchase advice. Listings can be incomplete, outdated or based on third-party statements. Verify approvals, RERA registration, title, price, availability, possession dates, amenities and all contract terms directly with the developer and relevant authorities before making a decision.
No brokerage or project endorsement
Indic Reality is an independent research catalogue, not a broker, agent, seller, developer or government authority. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement. Unless clearly disclosed on the site, no developer has paid for or approved a listing.
Third-party names, links and media
Project and developer names, logos, photographs, plans, brochures and videos belong to their respective owners. Indic Reality is an independent research catalogue and is not affiliated with or endorsed by listed developers or third-party publishers. Where available, the site links to external project or developer pages for reference; a link does not mean that Indic Reality owns, licenses, endorses or has permission to copy, host, embed or reuse the linked material. We do not assess reuse rights for each third-party asset. Any use of those materials remains subject to the owner's rights and the source site's terms; obtain permission or a suitable licence before reuse. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices; review them before use.
Accounts and saved projects
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Do not create an account using another person's email address. Saved projects are a personal convenience feature and are not a property recommendation, reservation or offer.
Home-loan estimator
The estimator provides illustrative calculations only. It is not a loan offer, approval, eligibility determination, financial advice or guarantee of a lender's terms. Confirm rates, charges and eligibility directly with lenders.
Community submissions
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, private or rights-infringing material. Do not include another person's contact details or sensitive information. Reviews and correction suggestions are moderated; submission does not guarantee publication or a change to a listing. A correction suggestion will not change catalogue data automatically.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, remove or temporarily restrict content or site features as the catalogue develops. We aim to keep source links and caveats clear, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every source will remain available.
